TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU MUST CALL OR TEXT US AT 31 37 27 66, 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO AVOID BEING CHARGED IN FULL. At The Nail Studio we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate high demand of appointments and to give all our guests the preferred time desired. This policy applies across all aspects whether booked in person, on the phone, via email or online through our website. For any reason if there is a missed appointment you will be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.

We recommend making appointments through our online booking system so that we may accommodate your scheduling requests. Walk-ins are always welcome but not guaranteed. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled service especially if you are a new client. If you would like to request a specific nail artist you must give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate your request but please know it is not always guaranteed.

All purchases made at The Nail Studio are strictly non-refundable. Please make sure, prior to purchase, that the product of your choice meets the need of your criteria.
